The Driver's Process
Driver programs the setpoint directly on the reefer unit control panel. Dual-zone capability lets front and rear compartments run different temps simultaneously.
Trailer runs a minimum 2-hour pre-cool before any product touches the floor. No warm freight goes into a cold box period.
Product loaded once the trailer doors seal to the dock. Air probe thermometers verify return air temp matches setpoint before doors seal.
Dispatch and the customer both receive live access to trailer temps via telematics. Any excursion triggers an instant alert to the driver and dispatch.
